How did you discover your passion for comedy:
Through using this app called “Vine” that’s when I found out making people laugh was a fun thing to do.
What do you remember most about your first time performing stand-up comedy:
That I was nervous as hell (Laughs)
How would you describe your comedic style:
High energy with a lot of acting out and improv.
Describe your process for comedic writing:
I basically just write down whatever comes to mind that makes sense. I could be stuck in traffic and some shit just pops up in my head that fast.
Describe the comedy scene in your area:
Well since COVID-19 hit, the LA comedy scene has died down. But before then, you could catch a show in LA any night of the week.
How do you judge success in the world of comedy:
By the impact, you leave on people when you get off of that stage.
Who are some of your comedic peers that you enjoy watching perform or inspire you personally and professionally:
My bros Davy Ruffin, Goofys, Fat Marco, Footz, and Jarvis, just to name a few.
What’s been your most memorable moment in comedy:
My second time performing at the Laugh Factory. I had the whole place going crazy. Knowing how legendary that stage is made the moment even greater.
What have you learned most from your failures in comedy:
Keep going. Stay consistent and never give up.
How do people react towards you when they realize that you can make people laugh:
They become a lot more open and comfortable.
Describe what it’s been like building a career in stand-up comedy:
It’s been a grind but nonetheless, a beautiful experience.
If you could change one thing in the world of comedy, what would it be:
That people would stop being so damn sensitive. Get out of your feelings and get into these jokes bro.
Best advice you’ve ever received from a comedian:
The word “No” will be an important word you may have to use. Don’t be a sellout.

Meeting Tony Roberts backstage. He’s just as hilarious as he is on stage. it’s like his switch never gets flipped off.

Well, hopefully, this quarantine shit will be over soon so we can get back to hitting real stages.

Most likely Martin (Laughs) and it would probably start off like “All y’all can get the hell out!” (Laughs)

Just sharpening up my jokes and continuing to make moves with my acting career.
Why should a person always laugh at life:
My motto is “If you’re not laughing, then what are you doing?” so I guess that sums it up.
