After months of questioning who would be returning to the show this fall, NBC’s Saturday Night Live recently announced the official cast for season 47.
Some famous names that will be returning this season include Aidy Bryant, Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson, Kate McKinnon, and Pete Davidson. Interestingly, two people not returning will be Beck Bennet and Lauren Holt.
The three new cast members for this season will be Aristotle Athari, James Austin Johnson, and Sarah Sherman. Chloe Fineman and Bowen Yang also both got upped to full-time cast members for this season.
Season 47 is to begin on October 2nd hosted by Owen Wilson.
