You’ll never be a tough act to follow if you remove yourself from the show completely.
While hosting his famous 5150 Show podcast, veteran comedian Corey Holcomb called out comedian/social media star Jess Hilarious for requesting the removal of Holcomb from a lineup that included comedians Bruce Bruce and Bill Bellamy during an all-star comedy event in Detroit, Michigan.
During the conversation with 5150 Show co-hosts, Holcomb explains how Hilarous’ agent contacted the promoter of the event to voice her issues and concerns regarding the Chicago, Illinois comedian, eventually causing her removal from the event.
Hilarious whose real name is Jessica Moore has not released a statement in the press or on any of her social media accounts in regards to the cancelation of the Detroit appearance or her issues and past dealings with Holcomb.
Strongly acknowledging that her actions were completely unprofessional, Corey would explain his strong dislike for Jess Hilarious’ comedy career over the years saying she is a “joke thief” among other things.
Corey’s comedy career began in 1992 after being called on stage to perform by female comedy legend Adele Givens. He has appeared in three comedy specials of his own Corey Holcomb: The Problem Is You, Comedy Central Presents: Corey Holcomb and Showtime Presents: Your Way Ain’t Working. His film and television credits include MTV2′s, Wild ‘N Out, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, 20th Century Like Mike, a recurring role on UPN’s, Half & Half, NBC’s The Tonight Show, BET ComicView, Fox’s, Mad TV, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO Def Comedy Jam, & Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam.
Holcomb has been known to have famous feuds with notable comedians throughout the years over material theft.
Recently Corey had a lengthy conversation with Bill Bellamy on Instagram Live where both comedians discussed an incident where fans took to social media to debate if Bellamy stole a classic joke from Holcomb.
