The Hollywood star has built an impressive acting resume. Whether it’s lending his voice to projects like Trolls, Bob’s Burgers, and Adventure Time. Or his memorable acting roles on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Black•ish, New Girl, Transparent, Powerless, and Undateable. He even made being a gang member likable in the film Get Hard. His personal appearances include Conan, The Tonight Show, @midnight, Chopped, Cupcake Wars, and many more. He’s is a great writer too. Funches’ writing credits include The Eric Andre Show, Kroll Show, and several television pilots. Ron is also a pretty solid dad and friend. He lives in Southern California with his son.

Recently releasing his new Netflix special Nocturnal Admissions, Paul Virzi talks about the pressure of having a family, insecurities, negative people, OCD, trauma, bad therapists, his goals, and how he’s Gettin’ Better!
Paul’s debut hour-long comedy special, “Bill Burr Presents Paul Virzi: I’ll Say This,” premiered on Comedy Central in November 2018 and is available to stream on CC.com. A clip from the special was featured on Comedy Central’s TikTok stand-up page on May 4, 2020 and currently has over 5 million views and 1.3 million likes. Paul’s second special “Nocturnal Admissions” is set to be released in early 2022 and will be Pete Davidson’s directorial debut.
His 2015 debut comedy album, “Paul Virzi: Night At The Stand,” was #1 on iTunes and reached #4 on Billboard’s Top 100. Paul has appeared on TruTV’s “Comedy Knockout,” AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” The NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football,” and he has written for ESPN’s “ESPY Awards.” Paul is a regular at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and performed at the SXSW Festival in Austin, TX.
Paul grew up in the suburbs, outside of New York City. He loves his family, cigars and having pointless sports arguments with his friends.
