If something happens behind the scenes, it happens without most people knowing about it, especially when something else is happening publicly: A lot of hard work has been going on behind the scenes.
What’s Behind The Scene is a new interview-style podcast hosted by Chaunte’ Wayans, shining light on some heavy hitters that brings you some of your favorite comedy shows, movies, music, events, etc together.
Some of these people you may know and some are new faces but the genius behind it all.
In this week’s episode, Chaunte is joined by comedian/writer/producer Craig Wayans.
Craig has worked on some of your favorite projects including Don’t Be a Menace, My Wife and Kids, Marlon, Happy Together, Last O.G. and so many more. He also executive produced, wrote, and acted in Second Generation Wayans.

Craig Wayans: Craig Mikel Wayans is a American writer, television producer, director, and actor. He’s the son of Wayans sibling, Diedre Wayans. Craig worked as a production assistant on the film, Major Payne. Craig also helped write the script for Scary Movie 2. Craig then became a regular writer and producer on My Wife and Kids. He co-starred in the animated special, Thugaboo: Miracle on D-Roc’s Street and Dance Flick. Craig also produced the sketch-comedy series, The Underground. Craig has recently starred a production company, Second Generation Productions with his cousin, Damien. He also has a leading role on the BET series, Second Generation Wayans.
