The world may be a strange and scary place, but life is still worth living, says Sean McLoughlin.

Sure, the west is collapsing, the corporations now control our every waking moment and the government may kick Sean’s wife out of the country any day. But life is still worth living, right?

So Be It is the funniest, sharpest and (whisper it) most optimistic of Sean’s critically-acclaimed shows.

Hugely in-demand in the UK and internationally, Sean recently opened for Ricky Gervais in front of hundreds of thousands of people on his international arena tour, having previously opened for Bill Burr at the Royal Albert Hall and performing a gala show at the Sydney Opera House.

His last Edinburgh Fringe show ‘Hail Mary’ was a huge critical and commercial success that toured across Europe, Australia and North America and being released as his second album with U.S.-based label 800 Pound Gorilla Records.

Sean McLoughlin: Sean McLoughlin is an acclaimed stand-up and writer based in London. Hugely in-demand in the UK and internationally, he has made appearances on Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, The Stand-Up Sketch Show and Kevin Hart’s LOL Network among others. He has previously supported Ricky Gervais on tour, and appeared in his Netflix series After Life, as well as bagging a residency during Edinburgh Fringe Festival. As a writer, he has written jokes for major television awards ceremonies, panel shows and comedies.

800 Pound Gorilla Media:  800 Pound Gorilla Media, the largest comedy label in the world, with over 400 of the industry’s top comedians including Kevin Hart’s LOL Records. Established in 2016, 800 Pound Gorilla Media was started by managers of comedians in need of a company that would bring a modern focus of behavioral targeting, digital marketing and fan engagement around comedy video projects and audio. The company has released over 500 comedians’ projects and has partnered with companies like Netflix, Kevin Hart’s LOL, and All Things Comedy. The company has also produced and released over 60 stand-up comedy video specials on various platforms, including two of the most successful comedy specials ever on YouTube, Mark Normand’s Out To Lunch and Matt Rife’s Only Fans.
