Peacock is set to launch its upcoming original film, If You Were the Last, a sci-fi romantic comedy featuring Anthony Mackie and Zoë Chao. The highly anticipated film will make its debut on October 20, 2023.
The movie’s plot revolves around two astronauts, Adam, portrayed by Anthony Mackie, and Jane, brought to life by Zoë Chao, who find themselves stranded in a deteriorating space shuttle with dim prospects of rescue. As they face the looming uncertainty of their predicament, their conversations lead to a debate on whether their relationship should remain at a platonic level or evolve into something deeper.

The story unfolds three years into a NASA mission gone awry. Adam and Jane’s spacecraft is marooned in the vast expanse between Jupiter and Saturn, with little hope of rescue.
