Comedy Gives Back, the safety net of the comedy community dedicated to supporting comedians’ mental health and financial stability, proudly announces its partnership with the 2024 Bergamot Comedy Festival at The Crow in Los Angeles, with a dedicated day of programming on Friday, April 5th. With mental health-focused sessions during the day and a star-studded standup show in the evening, 100% of the proceeds on April 5th will be directly going to fund Comedy Gives Back and their work in the community. The partnership aims to further promote the wellbeing of comedians by providing essential resources and support during the festival, scheduled to take place from April 1-6, 2024
Comedy Gives Back has long been committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by comedians, including mental health struggles, physical health and financial instability. Through various initiatives, including therapy grants, financial assistance programs, the Comedy Gives Back Healthnet portal, recovery meetings, and educational workshops, Comedy Gives Back is ensuring comedians at all stages of their career that they are not alone.
