Comedian Dave Chappelle will return to the stage in Yellow Springs for three hometown shows on July 3rd, 5th, and 6th.
The show is billed as “Dave Chappelle and Friends,” the series he created to provide economic and comedic relief during the pandemic. The group has since gained national attention and attracts fans from across the country.
Chappelle and other comics will perform at the Wirrig Pavilion and tickets go on local presale Thursday and then the general on-sale Friday at 12 p.m. on ticketmaster.com.
Chappelle, the 2019 recipient of the prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, has earned him more than 30 nominations and awards in television and film for projects that include his sketch comedy television series “Chappelle’s Show.”
