Fate can be a very strange road when striving to reach their dreams.
For stand-up comedian and actor Langston Kerman, his interesting journey has led him not only to one of his biggest dreams but also to his greatest achievements courtesy of the No. 1 streaming service on the planet. The Oak Park, Illinois native took to social media Monday morning to announce that his debut Netflix comedy special titled Bad Poetry would be released on August 20th.
“In an insane turn of events I have special coming out on @netflix on 8/20 — in less than a month. It’s called Bad Poetry and I’m very proud of it. It was directed by a gentleman named @johnmulaney with whom I share an undeniable bond as demonstrated in the second picture. Please save the date like you would for a wedding or a colonoscopy. It’s going to be silly.“– via @langstonkerman
The special, directed by friend and fellow comedian John Mulaney, was filmed during the recent Netflix Is A Joke comedy festival.
