Ali Wong is directing and producing a new comedy special from Frankie Quiñones, which will premiere on Hulu as part of its upcoming Hularious program.

The stand-up hour is produced by Irwin Entertainment.

A release date and title have yet to be announced.

“To have my homegirl Ali Wong produce and direct my first one-hour special is a dream come true. Thanks to Hulu/Disney for making this possible. Be ready for some vulnerable ridiculousness. That’s what’s up,” Quiñones said in a statement.

Added Wong: “Frankie, on and offstage, was always one of the funniest coming up in the Bay Area comedy scene. I’m really honored to be directing and producing his first stand up special because his hour is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. People mostly know him as Creeper from the viral Cholofit videos or from his hilarious performance in ‘This Fool,’ so I’m excited for the world to watch his stand-up.”

Quiñones is a stand-up comedian and actor who starred in Hulu’s “This Fool” and recently wrapped a pilot for his own Hulu sketch show “Get Frankie.” He will next be seen in the film “The Fiddle Leaf” and NBC’s sitcom “St. Denis Medical.”

Wong is an actor, comedian, writer and producer known for her stand-up specials “Baby Cobra,” “Hard Knock Wife,” “Don Wong” and the recently released “Ali Wong: Single Lady.” She is a two-time Emmy winner for starring and executive producing the Netflix and A24 series “Beef.”

Hularious kicks off Nov. 22 with the launch of Jim Gaffigan’s “The Skinny.” The lineup also includes stand-up specials from Bill Burr, Chris Distefano, Ilana Glazer, Jessica Kirson, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Atsuko Okatsuka, Andrew Santino, Roy Wood Jr., Zarna Garg and Ralph Barbosa. As part of the initiative, Hulu is also licensing previously released comedy specials from 800 Pound Gorilla, Comedy Dynamics and Don’t Tell Comedy.
