In Tandem is a brand new web series/podcast where stand-up comedian Chloe Radcliffe interviews another funny person on the back of her tandem bike, in NYC and LA.
It’s like Seinfeld’s Comedians In Cars, but for less successful people. Or like Hot Ones, but the pain is in a guest’s butts, not their mouths.
Chloe Radcliffe: Chloe Radcliffe is an NYC-based standup comedian, actor, and writer. She starred in COMMAND Z from Steven Soderbergh, and was nominated for a WGA award for also writing on the series. She has been seen on Comedy Central and After Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson. She was a staff writer on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, has a comedy feature in development with Sony, and was named a TBS Comic To Watch at the New York Comedy Festival.
Chloe sold out her full-month run of her one-woman show CHEAT at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, with reviews calling it, “Hilarious and sharply-crafted” (Deadline), and “Worthy of the greats like Mike Birbiglia” (Chortle). Originally from Minnesota, she balances annoyance with delight, and draws from her experience of having a huge birthmark on her cheek (she doesn’t talk about it too much. Or, just enough? Whatever’s correct). Other stuff: Chloe has studied acting with Lesly Kahn, and has six years of improv experience. She bikes everywhere in New York City (year-round!), rock climbs, and dumpster dives for food (for real). She competed in speech & debate for ten years, and was a two-time national champion in college speech & debate. She was a math major. (If you’re getting longtime virgin vibes, you’re right) She used to work at Target’s Minneapolis corporate headquarters, first in merchandising analytics and then as an executive speechwriter.
This week, Caitlin Peluffo and Chloe were roommates (in kinda the tandem bike of apartments), and now we cycle together and talk, hitting on men, men hitting on us, breakups, babies, getting drunk, being hungover, and one cute dog. Caitlin has done standup on Comedy Central and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
