Netflix is once again hosting a showcase of up-and-coming comedians for its annual Netflix Is a Joke Festival.

Dubbed “Introducing…,” the showcase will feature 10 stand-ups who will each perform a 5-7 minute set across two shows in one night. The event takes place on May 8 at the Avalon in Hollywood, with showtimes at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The sets will be recorded and edited, and then uploaded to Netflix Is a Joke’s YouTube channel and social platforms.

In his Introducing… set for Netflix is a Joke, comedian Amber Autry reminisces about her youth and shares the pros (and cons) of being engaged.

Autry’s growing acclaim includes features on Peacock TV, Drybar Comedy, and Don’t Tell Comedy, as well as a recent appearance on Netflix’s “Introducing…”
