Filmed regularly inside All Things Comedy studios in Los Angeles, California, Steph Infection is a weekly podcast hosted by comedian Steph Tolev as she is joined various actors, comedians, professional athletes, and social media figures to discuss all things relating to the human body, from horror stories, to freak accidents and anything in between. This week, actor and comedian Brad Williams joins Steph to talk about how being bullied as an “LP” (little person) helped to master his joke writing skills. He also shares crazy stories from the road including the saucy meet-cute with his wife and the WILDEST tattoo he’s ever seen on an amputee.

Steph Tolev: Steph Tolev is a stand up and sketch comedian from Toronto, Canada currently living in Los Angeles. Her unique brand of absurd and personal comedy has made her an audience favorite across North America both on stage and on television. As a stand up, Steph has done the  prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal four times, three of which were taped for TV and air on the Comedy Network. Steph made her American TV debut on on Comedy Central part of Bill Burr’s new show “The Ringers”.  She was recently named one of Vultures “Comics You Should and Will Know” and one of Comedy Central’s “Up Next” comics to watch. She also co-wrote and co-stars in the Comedy Central web series ” Steph & Deb” with comedian Deb Digiovanni.   Steph can also be seen in the Amazon show “Please Understand Me” produced by Sarah Silverman and was featured in season two of “Corporate” on Comedy Central.  Steph has won the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Stand up and was a finalist in Sirius XM’s next top comic.

She was well-received at the acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe Fest, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Clusterfest, Laughing Skull Festival, San Fran Sketch Fest, High Plaines,  Big Sky Festival, Montreal,  Toronto and Vancouver Sketch Fest’s, NXNE, and JFL42.  Steph has released four albums, “So Many Wolves” in 2014 with her sketch duo Ladystache and most recently “Older & Wider”. On her own she has ” Hot N’ Hungry” from 2016 and just recently “I’m Not Well”  that was nominated for a Juno Award for Best Comedy Album. 

This Week’s Special Guest: 
Brad Williams: Brad Williams has become one of the funniest, most in-demand comedians working today. A California native, Brad started doing stand-up at age 19 and has been touring ever since.

He has appeared on numerous TV shows including Legit, Dave Attell’s Comedy Underground, Sam and Cat, Live at Gotham, the Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Mind Of Mencia, and Pitboss.

His one hour comedy special “Fun Size” was the highest rated comedy special on Showtime in the year 2015. A year later, he followed it up with a 2nd special called “Daddy Issues,” its airing prompted the New York Times to write “no one is doing it more hilariously than Brad Williams.”

In addition to stand-up, Brad has become a dynamic on-air personality as well. His podcast “About Last Night” is a mainstay on the iTunes Charts. He is a regular on KROQ’s Kevin and Bean Show in Los Angeles as well as the Adam Carolla podcast.

Brad’s show is high energy. Robin Williams called him “Prozac with a head.” Brad’s ability to make humorous observations on disability, relationships, sex, and race are winning over audiences and proving anyone can overcome their shortcomings.
