101 Films has released the official trailer for its upcoming Christmas romantic comedy titled A Home for the Holidays, starring American Pie vet Shannon Elizabeth.

The film is scheduled to arrive on digital and VOD, starting on November 7.

“After years of trying to purchase an old, abandoned house in a small Colorado town, Ella Chandler, a local hardware store owner, is ecstatic to finally be in possession of the run-down Lewis mansion which no one has come forward to claim in 30 years,” reads the synopsis. “Not long after taking possession, the heir of the original owner, Russell Lewis, and his 10-year-old son Ben, show up to claim what is rightfully theirs. After a tense few days, it’s settled – they will live in the house together until ownership is resolved.”

Described as a festive romance set in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, A Home for the Holidays is directed by Kyle Cooper and Jason Wan Lim from a screenplay written by Steve Goldsworthy.

Joining Elizabeth are Daniel Cudmore and Dreyden Stevens. It is produced by Cooper, Lim, and Michael Walker.
