It didn’t take long for Louis C.K. to get back in front of an audience after his 2017 sexual assault allegations. By 2018, he started popping up at clubs in New York, and eventually would do mini tours all throughout the country and overseas. He even released a new special last year. But with theaters opening back up around the country, Louis C.K. is embarking on his biggest tour in four years.
“Hello Person that you are being right now,” he wrote to an email that went to his newsletter. “I am writing to you today because I am going to be touring around the United States of America, performing stand-up comedy in theaters in several different cities.”
He added that COVID “is still a factor around the country and world,” C.K. notes, “We will see how this goes. Our intention is to do every show we can do. We will comply with the local governments of each city in terms of health standards and practices. Like everyone else, we will just do our best under the circumstances.”
