The HoneyDew is a storytelling podcast hosted by comedian, Ryan Sickler.

Inspired by Ryan’s adverse upbringing, the show focuses on highlighting and laughing at the lowlights of life. Appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, Comedy Central’s This is Not Happening, Viceland’s Party Legends and co-hosting The CrabFeast podcast for the past 7 years, have cemented Ryan Sickler as one of comedy’s premier storytellers.

Ryan’s 2018 album, Get a Hold of Yourself, was the #1 standup album on Billboard charts and the #1 comedy album on iTunes charts, reaching #65 overall. Additional TV appearances include CBS The Late Late Show, Tosh.O and Live At Gotham. Ryan is also an informed sports fan and appeared as a regular on Fox Sports.

Ryan is the Supervising Producer on Season 2 of Kevin Hart’s award-winning Donald Mac series and the Co-Executive Producer of the new E! series, The Funny Dance Show. He was the Senior Producer on the Comedy Central series, The Comedy Jam.

In this week’s episode of The HoneyDew, Ryan Sickler is joined by comedian Adrienne Iapalucci.

Catch her comedy special, The Dark Queen, now streaming on Netflix. Adrienne joins me this week to Highlight the Lowlights of where being a “dark queen” comes from. We discuss the first time Adrienne saw her biological father in a Caldor, how she watched her stepfather pass away from a brain tumor, and the time she had to move back in with her mother after breaking off an engagement with her then-fiancé.

Adrienne Iapalucci: A writer, comedian, and podcast host who made her stand-up debut on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. She has appeared on Netflix’s Degenerates S2, This Week at the Comedy Cellar, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV.

She was a featured performer on JFL’s New Faces. She won the first ever People’s Choice award at the New York Comedy Festival.

Adrienne was also a semifinalist in the festival’s New York’s Funniest Stand-Up competition and a runner-up in the New York Underground Comedy Festival’s Best of the Boroughs contest. Adrienne wrote for What’s Your F@3King Deal?! with Big Jay Oakerson.

When she’s not touring comedy clubs around the country, she can be seen regularly at The Comedy Cellar and The Stand in New York City. She also co-hosts the popular weekly podcast ‘Vadge’ with Sarah Tollemache.
