So True is a weekly podcast hosted by stand-up comedian Caleb Hearon.
Hearon and his special guest basically just get into all things life, pop culture, and comedy, identifying what’s really real.
Caleb Hearon: American comedian, writer and actor. He performed stand-up regularly in Chicago and also performed at iO Theater until relocating to Los Angeles in 2020. Hearon was a writer for the series Human Resources. Hearon’s professional comedy career began in Chicago, where he performed a weekly variety show at iO Theater as well as a stand-up show, At What Cost?, every month at Lincoln Lodge. He later toured the showcase At What Cost? with fellow comedian and collaborator Holmes in Los Angeles and New York. He gained wider prominence in 2019 for his comedic Twitter videos, which are frequently up close and forward-facing. While he had not previously used his social media accounts for comedy, he began to do so after auditioning for Saturday Night Live. Hearon is the co-writer and star of the film Trash Mountain directed by Lilly Wachowski.

Kiry Shabazz: Kiry made his late-night debut on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Since then, his stand-up has been featured by Comedy Central’s Stand Up Featuring series, the Bill Burr Presents The Ringers stand-up series, and on the second season of Epix’s Unprotected Sets.
Kiry Shabazz was named Just For Laughs New Faces of Comedy and was selected to Perform in the JFL Comedy Festival.
