Something big is coming to Mesa this October. The Fastball Comedy Festival is set to take over Sloan Park on October 17–18, 2026, bringing together an all-star collection of comedy heavyweights for a massive two-day celebration of stand-up.
Headlining the inaugural festival are some of the biggest and most recognizable names in comedy: Dave Chappelle, Tom Segura, Bill Burr, Andrew Santino, and Rachel Feinstein.
With five powerhouse headliners sharing one festival weekend, Fastball Comedy Festival is shaping up to be one of Arizona’s must-see comedy events of the year. From legendary stand-up voices to some of today’s most popular touring comedians, the festival promises two unforgettable days of comedy inside Sloan Park.
“The Fastball Comedy Festival combines world‑class comedy with the unique atmosphere of a professional ballpark, creating a one‑of‑a‑kind live entertainment experience,” said Justin Piper, General Manager of Spring Training Operations for Sloan Park. “This is another example of how we’re using the ballpark as a hub for exciting new events beyond baseball, and we encourage fans to take advantage of the presale so they don’t miss out.”
Produced in collaboration with Bruce Hills Entertainment and Wrigley Field Events, the festival will feature a main stage in center field with a distinct lineup each night. Burr and Segura will each take the stage October 17, followed by Chappelle and other talent October 18. Throughout the weekend, fans can shop for merchandise and enjoy food and drinks with rotating acts performing at a second stage behind right field.
