Back in 2018, comedian Drew Michael came out with what would go on to become a pretty standard affair: a stand-up special with no audience. And now, Michaels has his second HBO special coming out. And this time, the audience is back. In Drew Michael: Red Blue Green, Michaels’ shares “his issues with relationships, social media, and comedy as therapy.”
Drew Michael is breaking boundaries with his unique and creative approach to his stand-up.
Recently, you could see him starring in his first HBO stand-up special, directed by Jerrod Carmichael with a special guest appearance by Suki Waterhouse. In the special, Drew takes the stage, while holding nothing back as he navigates his fears, anxieties and insecurities in an unconventional stand-up setting.
Additionally, Drew can be seen in a guest-starring role in NBC’s The Carmichael Show. On the writing side, he also served as a writer For Season 42 of NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
Drew currently resides in Brooklyn.
Drew Michael: Red Blue Green comes out on December 4th.
