How did you discover your passion for comedy:
My Mother

What do you remember most about your first time performing stand-up comedy:
That I didn’t prepare jokes I just talked about wanting to go to Africa and this woman said “She’s so cute”

How would you describe your comedic style:
Dark, blunt, and quirky

Describe your process for comedic writing:
I usually get jokes/ideas when I’m hanging out with friends talking shit.

Describe the comedy scene in your area:
In LA, there are a lot of opportunities to get up on stage.

How do you judge success in the world of comedy:
it’s not about fame, it’s about how much you’re loved by the audience, and dependent on how free the comedian is.

Who are some of your comedic peers that you enjoy watching perform or inspire you personally and professionally:
Malik B, Dan Vear, Saul Trujillo, & Mike Muratore

What’s been your most memorable moment in comedy:
Being booed while on stage, then told secretly by comics “You got balls.”

What have you learned most from your failures in comedy:
That you need to fail A LOT to succeed.

How do people react towards you when they realize that you can make people laugh:
They are excited and want to give me their jokes, I’m like “Nah I’m good.”

Describe what it’s been like building a career in stand-up comedy:
It’s all about consistency and not giving a fuck about people approving you. Do what you want.

If you could change one thing in the world of comedy, what would it be:
That being booked was more based on talent and not who you know.

Best advice you’ve ever received from a comedian:
“Don’t listen to people’s opinions…someone’s always gonna be offended.”

If you were releasing a comedy special this week, what would it be called:
“Super Jewie”

Funniest encounter you’ve ever had with a celebrity:
One time I asked Craig Robinson if he would consider being In my video to play a black Jew. He laughed and walked away.

Weirdest place you’ve ever performed any form of comedy:
A Jewish synagogue

I love popping pimples.

Where would you like your laughs to take you:
I would love to being able to tour performing all over the world, especially to Israel, as well as making my own movies.

What would you tell a potential comedian if they ask you how they can own the laughs:
Go up at open mics every week, say what’s funny to you.

What are your thoughts on the future of comedy:
People are gonna get sick of all this wokeness and cancel culture and cancel the wokesters.

If you could write one episode for one classic TV sitcom which show would it be and give a brief detailed sentence on the episode:
Absolutely Fabulous
“Why do you always call me when I have to go to the bathroom?”

What’s next for you:
I have a callback for a tv show this week and next month I’m going to Vegas to headline my first show!

Why should a person always laugh at life:
Because not laughing makes you depressed, gives you heart disease and then you die.
