Several years as a social media sensation and stand-up comedian whose humor blended humor, visual elements, and a twisted perspective led to him becoming one of the brightest stars in Northern California. How did you discover your passion for comedy:
Family gatherings, always been cracking jokes anyone can get it.

What do you remember most about your first time performing stand-up comedy:
That I wasn’t that good, but delusion you know (Laughs)

How would you describe your comedic style:
Relatable, raunchy, modern, self-deprecating.

Describe your process for comedic writing:
I write thru experiences but also if my friends give me a great story I’ll twist that mf’r into a joke as well.

Describe the comedy scene in your area:
Here in Sacramento, CA, the scene is as strong as it has ever been and I feel that it’s still rising. We have a few of our own hometown comics breaking through other scenes and we have a few legends out here still going strong. Don’t Sleep on SACRAMENTO!

How do you judge success in the world of comedy:
Success to me is only as good as my last show. Was I funny? Can I come back? And hopefully made some money in the process.

Who are some of your comedic peers that you enjoy watching perform or inspire you personally and professionally:
Michael Calvin Jr, Lewis Belt, Javon Whitlock, Sammy Edan, Lance Woods, Drea Myers, & Wendy Lewis

What’s been your most memorable moment in comedy:
2016 Boogie’s Comedy Slam in Sacramento. I performed for 5,000 people at only my 3rd show. You do that, you can do anything.

What have you learned most from your failures in comedy:
That there’s ALWAYS room for improvement. To get to success you gotta go through failure. Don’t cheat the grind.

How do people react towards you when they realize that you can make people laugh:
Ironically they start telling ME jokes.

Describe what it’s been like building a career in stand-up comedy:
Weird

If you could change one thing in the world of comedy, what would it be:
To spread the knowledge that no one goes on stage trying not to be funny. So stop trying to cancel art.

Best advice you’ve ever received from a comedian:
Slow down (Laughs)

If you were releasing a comedy special this week, what would it be called:
“I should’ve been a rapper (Laughs)”

Weirdest place you’ve ever performed any form of comedy:
Nacho Daddy restaurant in Las Vagas, NV was legit a restaurant and they did not inform the customers that there would be a show.

Where would you like your laughs to take you:
I just want to share my brand and point of view of this obscured world we live in. My main goal is to have a sketch comedy show.

What would you tell a potential comedian if they ask you how they can own the laughs:
Find an open mic, think of a funny story you know backwards and forwards, practice that story, tell it at the open mic on stage, record yourself, and now start working on that story.

What are your thoughts on the future of comedy:
I believe comedy is more important today than it’s ever been. The world is bleak, laughter will always be needed.
