Luke Mones performs at Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival. Luke is the eighth of eight fresh comedic voices featured in “Introducing…”, a new standup showcase hosted by Mo Amer. The lineup includes Luke, alongside other new talents like Michael Longfellow, Nataly Aukar, Julio Diaz, Kenice Mobley, Darius Bennett, Irene Tu and Nico Carney, as they perform for audiences at the #NetflixIsAJoke Fest!

Luke Mones is a New York based comedian, writer, and actor. Luke wrote and starred in the Comedy Central digital series Genies. In 2019 he was named an Up Next comedian by Comedy Central. He currently hosts a comedy news show for Inside Edition called The Breakdown. Luke has written material and made videos for the Howard Stern Show, and is frequently featured in videos on Funny Or Die and CollegeHumor. Luke has performed in festivals like Clusterfest, the New York Comedy Festival and the Laughing Devil Festival, where he won 1st Place. He has also performed at dozens of colleges around the country and headlined Carolines Comedy Club as part of their “Breakout Artist” series. Luke’s short “Early Decision” screened at the Cannes Film Festival, and his work has been written up in The AV Club, Tubefilter, and the Huffington Post.

Netflix is a Joke Fest is an 11-day stand-up comedy festival backed by streaming giant Netflix, and will feature 130 comics with some of the biggest names in the industry in its inaugural lineup including Dave Chappelle, Seth Rogen, Chelsea Handler, Aziz Ansari, Bill Burr and Conan O’Brien. The L.A.-based event will take place across 25 venues.
