Cummings, creator and star of the NBC comedy series “Whitney,” which aired from 2011 to 2013, also co-created the CBS sitcom “2 Broke Girls,” which ran for six seasons until 2017, and hosts the podcast “Good For You.” She is currently on her Touch Me comedy tour. Her most recent comedy special — “Can I Touch It?” — premiered on Netflix in 2019. That special was filmed in her hometown of Washington, D.C.
