In the late 1980s and throughout the early 1990s, WWF wrestler “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DeBiase would become a legend with the famous line “Everyone has a price.” During the global pandemic, every comedian in the world was forced to stay at home and create other forms of revenue to replace their regular nightly earnings. During a recent appearance on the Sundae Scoop, comedian Matt Rife shared what his potential earning could’ve been if he accepted every type of offer he received on Only Fans.

Born and raised in a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio, Matt first hit the stage when he was only fifteen years old and hasn’t looked back. Raised in a financially challenged household, Matt spent his final year of high school being homeschooled. Through social media he befriended some of the biggest names in the business who immediately spotted his talent and encouraged him to continue growing as an artist. Rife began opening for and befriending such comedians as DL Hughley, Ralphie May, Finesse Mitchell, Tommy DavidsonDane Cook, Erik Griffin, Tony Rock, Jo Koy, Bill Bellamy and DeRay Davis just to name a few. Matt has gained the respect of veterans of stand-up and audiences alike. Word spread quickly about the white “kid” who can rock an urban as well as a mainstream audience. His talents, looks, story and personality have earned him the nickname/tagline of “The Justin Bieber of Comedy.” He also set a record at 17 years old by being the youngest person ever on BET’s ComicView. Focusing on developing a TV show and expanding his set, Matt is now lives in Los Angeles and is now a regular at many of the comedy clubs in the city. Matt has truly found his calling and his natural ability to draw an audience into his world. Working well beyond his years, Matt looks to be heading for greatness.

From Season 7 to Season 9, he was a recurring cast member on the improv comedy show, Wild ‘N Out on MTV and MTV2. Rife was also recently a co-host for the revival of the MTV show TRL but did not return in 2018. He returned to the show in Season 15.
