In this week’s episode of Flagrant w/ Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh, comedian Shane Gillis came on to talk about his wrestling career, his drinking habits, how he’s more athletic than anyone else and who is the greatest general in war history.

Andrew Schulz: Andrew Cameron Schulz is an American stand-up comedian, actor, television producer and podcaster. In addition to his stand-up, he is known for his work on MTV2’s Guy Code (and its two spinoffs), the Flagrant 2 podcast, and The Brilliant Idiots podcast. Schulz’s first Netflix special, Schulz Saves America, premiered on December 17, 2020. As an actor, he has appeared in IFC’s Benders and the Amazon original series Sneaky Pete. Andrew recently released a new hour-long comedy special entitled Infamous.

Akaash Singh: Akaash Singh is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, podcaster, and actor. After moving to NYC and honing his comedy craft, his career started to take off with many shows including MTV’s Guy Code and Wild’n Out, Netflix’s Brown Nation, and HBO’s The Leftovers. After finding success in TV, he pivoted his focus more on growing the hugely successful podcast Flagrant 2, co-created with fellow comedian and good friend, Andrew Schulz, along with touring and his stand-up career.

Shane Gillis: Shane Gillis is a stand-up comic based out of New York City, recently named an “Up-Next” Comic at Comedy Central’s 2019 Clusterfest in San Francisco and a “New Face” at Just For Laughs in Montreal. Winner of Philly’s Funniest at Helium Comedy Club in 2016, Shane is a regular guest and co-host on Sirius XM and Comedy Central Radio’s The Bonfire. He’s also one half of Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast. Shane has written for Comedy Central’s Delco Proper and starred in and wrote for the Dweck Show, Tires Etc, and New Muscle.
