Schulz will be returning to Austin with his new show, The Life Tour, at the Moody Center on April 19.

Gillis, who released Shane Gillis: Beautiful Dogs on Netflix, will kick off weekend one of the fest at H-E-B Center in Cedar Park. With more than 20 shows announced at the Paramount and State Theatres, like Emmy-nominated Amy Sedaris hosting At Home with Amy Sedaris, there is something for every comedy fan at this festival.

Other big name comics include Kathy Griffin bringing her new show, My Life on the PTSD List, to the Paramount stage and Nicole Byer from Netflix’s Nailed It! Podcasters Marc Maron, host of the popular WTF podcast, and Mo Heart, a former drag queen contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race, will also be in attendance.

A screening of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off will be followed by a Q&A with Alan Ruck, who played Cameron in the movie as well as Connor Roy in HBO’s hit show Succession. Plus, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their cult classic MTV series, the sketch comedy troupe THE STATE will reunite on stage for a balls-out evening of old favorites and new material, according to the release. The cast includes Michael Ian Black, Thomas Lennon, Michael Patrick Jann, Kevin Allison, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Joe Lo Truglio, David Wain, and Ken Marino.
