It’s a podcast that is pretty self-explanatory.

Stand-up comedian Luke Mones, along with many others in his profession, is constantly asked by outsiders what it’s like to work and fellowship with some of the genre’s biggest names on a nightly basis.

Instead of answering each request one by one, Mones has decided to answer the masses in the form of his podcast titled Luke Mones Explained

Luke Mones: Luke Mones is a New York based comedian, writer, and actor. Luke wrote and starred in the Comedy Central digital series Genies. In 2019 he was named an Up Next comedian by Comedy Central. He currently hosts a comedy news show for Inside Edition called The Breakdown. Luke has written material and made videos for the Howard Stern Show, and is frequently featured in videos on Funny Or Die and CollegeHumor. Luke has performed in festivals like Clusterfest, the New York Comedy Festival and the Laughing Devil Festival, where he won 1st Place. He has also performed at dozens of colleges around the country and headlined Carolines Comedy Club as part of their “Breakout Artist” series. Luke’s short “Early Decision” screened at the Cannes Film Festival, and his work has been written up in The AV Club, Tubefilter, and the Huffington Post.

This week, Luke will be joined by stand-up comedian and friend Brendan Sagalow to talk about a wealth of topics, including whether Joe List truly loves Brendan, respecting mimes, and unexplained noises that terrorize entire towns.

Brendan Sagalow: Comedian Brendan Sagalow has appeared on the popular Barstool Sports series “Answer the Internet” and is a regular guest on radio shows such as the Jim and Sam Show, Barstool Sports KFC Radio, and The Bonfire with Big Jay Oakerson and Dan Soder. Most recently Brendan performed as a “New Face” in the 2022 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. Brendan is a co-host of the podcast Here’s The Scenario, and has been a guest on many popular podcasts such as You Know What Dude with Robert Kelly, Are you Garbage?, Ari Shaffir’s Skeptic Tank, Tuesdays with Stories, Chrissy Chaos, The Chip Chipperson Podcast, Joe List’s Mindful Metal Jacket, and Legion of Skanks.
