Your EX Drinking Buddy is a podcast hosted by sober stand-up comedian Brennan Tasseff, who fellow comedians and entertainment personalities regularly join as they share hilarious stories about their best and worst experiences with drinking, drugs, partying, and getting into trouble.
Brennan Tasseff: Brennan Tasseff is a high-energy storyteller. He grew up in Florida, which should tell you enough right there. Brennan has traveled across this whole country performing and has had the pleasure of working with some big names in stand-up comedy.
Growing up with crippling anxiety and depression it is my ultimate goal to show people no matter how bad it seems, humor can be found in any situation (because through self medicating with booze, I have been in many a “situation”). Now sober, much of his stand-up is a funny and insightful take on how he made it through all those shenanigans.
Taking the most interesting things from his checkered and sketchy past and putting them on full display to total strangers. From a young stage performer to International Baccalaureate to D1 college football player, this story should end with a promising career in some sort of professional field, but no, He prefers shining a light on a dark path that went off the rails for a time, too anyone that will listen.
This week, Brennan joined by comedian Nico Cattaneo.
Nico tells us his passion for comedy at a young age through his mom, trying to get laughs in a speech to his whole High School, getting super into music, then moving to New York and pivoting into stand up comedy full time.
