Long Time No See the podcast isthe latest addition to the Consequence Podcast Network!

Each week LTNS hosts two of your favorite comedians from around the country!

They’ll field hilarious questions about their worst stand-up experiences, how they would pick up their celebrity crushes, what they would do as president for a day, and much more. But there’s just one catch: neither comedian knows who will be joining them on the episode!

Will it be an old friend or a complete stranger? Find out on Consequence’s latest comedy podcast Long Time No See!

This week, host Wes pairs up comedians Matt Lockwood and Ali Macofsky — longtime friends who once kissed “twice in one night” to test their chemistry. Instead of sticking to the show’s usual Q&A structure, the two quickly turn it into a game of answering questions for each other, mixing roast-heavy banter with moments of surprising honesty.

When asked about her worst onstage bomb, Macofsky recalled a cringe-worthy arena gig for a big-name comic: “I was opening for Joe Rogan in St. Paul… and I get on stage in front of 15,000 people and go, ‘What’s up, St. Louis?’ The quiet was the loudest noise you’ve ever heard. Luckily I recovered, but I thought, I’m gonna get killed after the show.”

The pair also bond over their shared love of Taco Bell, which Lockwood called” the best restaurant in the world.” He continued, “I use the app, I get something free every time I go. It’s the only fast food I eat — and you get to choose from a lot of good items, not the shitty ones.” Shitty ones like — *gasp* — the Crunchwrap Supreme? “It used to be delicious. And now it’s so much goddamn tortilla,” says Macofsky.

From there, the conversation spirals into building hypothetical comedy lineups with historical figures (Steve Irwin and Lady Gaga both make appearances), haunting the DMV as a ghost, and debating whether “Venmo me a dollar” or “Be nice” is the better message to beam into everyone’s mind. By the end, the episode feels like eavesdropping on two comics who can turn any topic — from politics to fast food loyalty programs — into a bit. Long Time No See proves once again that the best comedy often happens when the format breaks and the guests just go wherever the punchlines take them.
