Rising comedy touring agent Sam Sauerhaft has joined UTA following three years at Independent Artist Group.
Over the years, Sauerhaft has crafted tours for such notable clients as Zoltan Kaszas, Des Bishop, Rachel Scanlon, and the live podcast Two D*kes and a Mic, all of whom have joined him at UTA.
Sauerhaft began his career as an assistant in the comedy touring department at WME, and later worked for over two years at Independent Artist Media, where he was an associate producer on comedy specials for Patton Oswalt and Brian Posehn.
The agent will be based out of UTA’s Los Angeles headquarters, reporting to Partner and Head of Comedy Touring, Nick Nuciforo, who told us, “We are thrilled to welcome Sam to UTA.
