Look at Dish is a comedy cooking show starring your hosts Tommy Pope and Chris O’Connor.
You may have seen Tommy and Chris on Comedy Central or Netflix’s show Tires. Look at Dish has been in production for over three years and is finally becoming available for the public for free!
The duo also have a podcast called Stuff Island Look at Dish is a cooking show where your favorite stand-up comedians join hosts Tommy Pope and Chris O’Connor to make elaborate meals, shoot the sh*t and laugh.
Tommy Pope: Tommy Pope is a comedian, writer and actor. On stage, Tommy works in an entirely unique style that seamlessly blends observational humor with a wry intelligent subtext. Only 3 years into his comedy career, Tommy won the title of “Philly’s Phunniest” at Helium Comedy Club in 2011 and has since been touring nationally. In 2012, he was named a New Face in the prestigious Montreal’s Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. He is co-founder and member of the BirdText comedy group which produce live shows and digital content which has been featured on VH1, NPR’s Fresh Air, Philadelphia Magazine and National Lampoon. Tommy has also done voiceover work with Disney and was a featured character in the blockbuster “Planes.” Tommy recently filmed his television debut on AXSTV with Gotham’s new standup series. He also is a finalist for “NY’s Funniest” held during the NY Comedy Festival at Caroline’s on Broadway.
Chris O’Connor: Chris is a comic from Philadelphia. His work has been featured on Comedy Central, SiriusXM, TeamCoco, Funny or Die, Buzzfeed, iTunes, Spotify, Huffington Post and Barstool Sports. He is a regular at Helium Comedy Club, The Punchline Philly and Good Good Comedy. He’s been featured in the Comedy Central series Resolutions, Laugh Factory Chicago’s ‘Chicago’s Best’ Showcase, Boston’s ‘Thunderfest’ and was selected to the Boston Comedy Festival. In addition, he’s starred in a pair of viral videos that garnered more than 3 million views (Samesies and Man hears for the first time) as well as the digital series Tires. He’s also worked with Ethan T. Berlin (Super Jail, creator of IFC’s Bunk) on Ethan’s Tech Buffet.
