Comedian Stavros Halkias has closed a multi-year deal with SiriusXM, under which the company will exclusively handle the distribution and monetization for his hit podcast Stavvy’s World.
Going forward, Stavvy’s World will remain accessible on YouTube while getting new distribution on the SiriusXM Podcast Network, including on the SiriusXM app and everywhere else podcasts are available. Signaling Halkias’ growing cultural influence as one of today’s most popular comics, the deal commenced November 1.
Stavvy’s World is an advice panel show featuring Halkias alongside many of today’s buzziest emerging comics, which has done over 30 million downloads/views year-to-date across platforms. The show debuted at #3 on the iTunes Comedy Charts, amassing hundreds of thousands of subscribers in its first year. Currently, it counts 331K followers on YouTube, with 150K on Instagram and 146K on TikTok. Stavvy’s World is just the latest popular YouTube channel to join the SiriusXM roster, following MrBallen, Rotten Mango, Call Her Daddy, and Team Coco.
A Baltimore native who just announced an extension of his Dreamboat Tour into 2026, Halkias’ most recent special Fat Rascal is available on Netflix. Recently, the comic’s rising profile has led to high-profile roles in film and television, after featuring in Steven Soderbergh’s sci-fi web series Command Z and writing, producing, and starring in the indie comedy film Let’s Start a Cult. He stars alongside Shane Gillis in the hit Netflix comedy Tires, which has been renewed for a third season, appears alongside Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons in Focus Features’ Bugonia from Oscar winner Yorgos Lanthimos, and will be seen coming up in A24’s Anthony Bourdain biopic Tony.
