Rhode Island’s premier comedy celebration returns with its biggest slate of performers yet.
The 2026 Lil Rhody Laugh Riot Comedy Festival — taking over venues across Providence from March 26 through March 29, 2026 — today announced its full lineup of headline acts and special events, delivering four nights of world-class stand-up, unforgettable sets, and laughs around every corner.
Presented by Professional Facilities Management, the festival transforms Providence into a comedy capital with shows scheduled at iconic venues including The VETS, PPAC, Rhode Island Comedy Connection, and the Uptown Theater.
Celebrating the art of stand-up and live performance, the Lil Rhody Laugh Riot Comedy Festival brings together national headliners, rising stars, and local talent each spring in downtown Providence. With an eclectic mix of comedy styles and venues, the festival has quickly become a must-see cultural event in Rhode Island’s arts calendar.
Across four nights and six venues, festival-goers can enjoy multiple shows per day, from late-night showcases to headline sets. Additional performances include emerging stand-ups, showcases spotlighting New England talent, and immersive comedy events at Hide Speakeasy and Rhode Island Comedy Connection.
