The official trailer for Bad Counselors is now streaming on YouTube, offering audiences a first look at the outrageous new comedy hitting theaters July 22.

Packed with chaos, campfire confessions, and plenty of questionable decision-making, the film follows two college party boys forced to trade keg stands for worship bands after a disastrous night lands them in serious trouble.

Starring Matt Cornett, Ramon Reed, Brec Bassinger, McKaley Miller, Richard T. Jones, Pierson Fodé, Missi Pyle and Chris Klein, Bad Counselors blends raunchy college comedy with heartfelt coming-of-age moments as two lifelong best friends attempt the impossible: surviving a Christian youth camp without getting exposed.

After one reckless night ends in handcuffs and a campus police escort, the duo is sentenced to 120 hours of community service due in just two weeks — or face expulsion from school. Desperate for a quick fix, they hatch a terrible plan: pose as camp counselors at a local church retreat where every sing-along, trust fall and devotional session counts toward their hours.

There’s just one problem — they can’t stand kids, hate the outdoors and know almost nothing about church culture.

As the trailer reveals, their attempt to fake their way through camp quickly spirals into disaster. Between suspicious pastors, prank-loving campers, forbidden flasks and romantic distractions with the camp’s co-ed counselors, the pair finds themselves in over their heads at every turn. What begins as a scheme to avoid punishment slowly becomes an unexpected lesson in friendship, honesty and personal growth — though not without plenty of hilarious detours along the way.

With sharp comedic energy, fast-paced ensemble chemistry and a summer-camp setting loaded with absurd situations, Bad Counselors aims to deliver a fresh crowd-pleasing comedy for audiences looking for both laughs and heart.

The trailer for Bad Counselors is now streaming on YouTube. The film premieres exclusively in theaters on July 22.
