Netflix has officially released the trailer and key art for STAVROS HALKIAS: UNCLE STAV, the comedian’s second stand-up special for the streaming service, premiering globally on September 8, 2026.
Fresh off becoming an uncle this year, Halkias steps back onto the Netflix stage with a slightly different perspective on life. He may have a little more wisdom to pass down these days, but fans shouldn’t expect newfound responsibility to completely change the comedian audiences have come to know and love.
Armed with his signature unruly charm, brutally honest perspective, and willingness to take a joke wherever it needs to go, Halkias embraces his new status as “Uncle Stav” while hilariously proving that being a dirtbag and being a role model don’t necessarily have to be mutually exclusive.
UNCLE STAV arrives following Halkias’ first Netflix special, FAT RASCAL, and continues a major run for the Baltimore-born comedian, whose unmistakable comedic voice and devoted fanbase have made him one of stand-up’s most popular performers.
The newly released trailer gives audiences their first extended look at the new hour, teasing the outrageous storytelling, self-deprecation, and shameless observations that have become trademarks of Halkias’ comedy.
The special also follows Halkias’ recent Road to the Special series, which has given fans a behind-the-scenes look at life on tour as he prepared the material that ultimately became his latest hour.
With a new family title and plenty of life lessons nobody should necessarily follow, Uncle Stav is officially ready to share his wisdom with the world.
