Happy Fun Times, streaming on YouTube from All Things Comedy, brings together comedians Leslie Liao and Jason Cheny for hilarious, brutally honest debates about the chaos of modern social behavior, the unwritten rules nobody seems to understand, and what it actually takes to become a slightly better—or at least more tolerable—human being.
Sometimes joined by their funniest friends, Leslie and Jason tackle everything from dating etiquette and friendship politics to annoying habits, questionable social norms, relationship expectations, cultural differences, and those tiny everyday interactions that somehow become much bigger arguments than they deserve.
The goal? Solve absolutely nothing while somehow learning something—and have a Happy Fun Time doing it.
Leslie Liao is a Taiwanese American stand-up comedian, actress, and writer based in Los Angeles. She can be seen on Netflix’s Verified Stand-Up and has performed twice on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. After being named a New Face at Montreal’s prestigious Just For Laughs festival in 2023, Leslie was selected as one of Variety’s Top 10 Comics to Watch. When she isn’t touring, she regularly performs at some of Los Angeles’ most celebrated comedy venues, including The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Laugh Factory, and Dynasty Typewriter.
Jason Cheny is a Taiwanese American stand-up comedian based in Los Angeles whose upcoming Hulu half-hour special, produced by Kevin Hart and Hartbeat, premieres in January 2027. Named one of Forbes’ Top AAPI Comedians to Watch, Jason regularly performs at premier comedy clubs including The Improv and Comedy Cellar while headlining sold-out shows around the world.
