St. Louis comedian Tahir Moore constantly struggles with making words come out of his mouth correctly. Now weekly, Tahir challenges friends to a game of pronunciation titled Wording Is Harder. Each participant has to endure 5 difficult wording challenges as the score will be kept by game official Maye, who will also be judging very harshly. This week, Tahir is joined by Los Angeles, California actress Dariany Santana.

Dariany Santana is a Cuban-American restaurateur, actor, and on-air personality originally from New Jersey, now based in LA. She is the host of Fuse’s newest show “Struggle Gourmet,” where she and a celebrity guest cook lavish and expensive versions of the meals they ate before they were famous.

Dariany was raised on food, family, and funny. Those 3 pillars have driven the course of her career, whether it was partnering with her family to open “Cha Cha Cha Cuban Cafe” in Kenilworth, NJ (for which she is still a proud co-owner), studying at UCB, or her in the TV space. She’s done extensive red carpet work for DishStudios, as well as several one-on-one celebrity interviews for a variety of brands. Not to mention the features she has done for Animal Planet, Revolt, Mitu, Music Choice & Clevver, and Genius Kitchen – always bringing her unique Latina flair to the piece. On the comedy side, she has been featured in sketches for “Alternatino,” Bustle, and Complex. Outside of “Struggle Gourmet,” she has been featured on “Guy’s Big Project” and “Family Food Showdown,” as well as “Culture Filter” on Fuse and as the host of “What’s Good In Your Hood” for Facebook Watch.

Before any celebrity became successful, they survived on a favorite ‘struggle meal’. Host Dariany Santana and celebrities create basic dishes using luxurious ingredients to decide what’s better — a packet of instant noodles or a bowl of fancy ramen?
