While making her another appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, comedian Sabrina Wu talks about reading the children’s book Tikki Tikki Tembo, growing up with an inferiority complex and their humiliating rivalry with a college classmate.

Sabrina Wu (They/Them) is a Brooklyn-based comedian, writer, and actor who can soon be seen starring as a lead in the upcoming UNT. ADELE LIM feature for Point Grey/Lionsgate.

On the writing side, Sabrina is staffed on DYING FOR SEX at FX, based on the hit Wondery podcast. They recently sold their pilot, IT GETS BETTER, to 20th and were previously staffed on DOOGIE KAMEALOHA M.D. for Disney+.

On the stand-up front, they regularly perform all over New York City, at venues such as Union Hall and the Bell House. Their stand-up has been selected for the New York Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy Festival, and Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. Sabrina Wu will star as one of the four leads opposite Ashley Park, Sherry Cola and Stephanie Hsu in Lionsgate’s untitled Adele Lim-directed comedy feature. The movie, intended for an R rating, tells the epic journey of four Asian-American friends traveling through Asia in search of one of their birth mothers. Along the way, their experience will become one of bonding, friendship, belonging and no-holds-barred wild debauchery that reveals the universal truth of what it means to know and love who you are.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon features hilarious highlights from the show, including comedy sketches, music parodies, celebrity interviews, ridiculous games, and, of course, Jimmy’s Thank You Notes and hashtags!
