Comedian and cultural powerhouse Nikki Glaser has reached a career-defining milestone, earning a coveted spot on the cover of Time Magazine’s 2026 TIME100 issue, recognizing the world’s most influential people. Glaser is one of four global cover stars, joining acclaimed actor Zoe Saldaña, Brazilian standout Wagner Moura, and chart-topping country artist Luke Combs.
Now in its 20th year, the TIME100 list honors trailblazers across politics, business, science, activism, and entertainment. Glaser stands among a distinguished class of entertainers recognized for their cultural impact, including Ben Stiller, Benicio Del Toro, Ethan Hawke, Kate Hudson, Dakota Johnson, Ranbir Kapoor, Claire Danes, Keke Palmer, Sterling K. Brown, Alan Cumming, Noah Wyle, Anderson.Paak, Jonathan Groff, Rhea Seehorn, and visionary filmmaker Jafar Panahi.
Glaser’s inclusion marks a defining moment in her evolution from fearless stand-up comic to one of the most influential voices in modern entertainment. Known for her unapologetic honesty, razor-sharp wit, and boundary-pushing material, she has carved out a unique space in comedy while expanding her reach across television, podcasting, and live performance.

In addition to her cover honor, Glaser will take center stage as host of the 20th Annual TIME100 Gala, set for April 23 in New York City. The star-studded evening will celebrate this year’s honorees and feature live performances from Luke Combs and Grammy-winning artist Coco Jones.
“Being recognized alongside such an inspiring and diverse group of individuals is surreal,” Glaser shared. “To not only be included but to host this year’s gala is an honor I couldn’t have imagined.”
The TIME100 issue continues to spotlight individuals shaping the future of global culture and conversation—and with this milestone, Nikki Glaser solidifies her place among them.
