The Surf Shop Series is Don’t Tell Comedy’s 9th independent YouTube series that features short stand-up comedy sets from the best of the next generation of stand-up comedians. California comedian Hanna Evensen shares some hilarious stories regarding her Swedish Viking heritage and laws that she finds amusing.

Hanna Evensen is a first generation Swedish American, born and raised in Foster City, CA. Hanna’s parents were shocked when she got into Harvard and bewildered when she spent all her time doing comedy. To keep them on their toes she is currently juggling law school at UC Berkeley with stand-up. Comedy is going pretty swell – she won the 2018 Rooster T Feathers comedy competition out of 150+ competitors and performs regularly at Cobbs, Punch Line and Tommy T’s. Law school is going okay.

Don’t Tell Comedy produces weekly shows in 45+ cities across the US in unique locations for a one-of-a-kind comedy experience! The location is kept a secret until the day of the show and the performers are a secret until they hit the stage!
